ARMED FORCES (AMENDMENT) REGULATION, 1975 (LI 997).  

 

IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Commander-in-Chief  by section 97 of the Armed Forces Act, 1962 (Act 105), and after consultation with the Armed Forces Council, this regulation is made this 8th day of January, 1975.

Regulation 1—Amendment of C.I. 12/1970.

The Armed Forces Regulations, 1970 (C.I. 12) are hereby amended by the substitution for paragraph (1) of article 205.52 of  the following:—

“(1) An Aide-de-Camp to the Head of State, Chief of Defence Staff, Army Commander, Navy Commander, Air Force Commander, Support Services Commander, Commander of the Border Guards or to a Major-General and above and equivalent ranks may procure the following items of clothing and submit the bills through the Department of Personnel Administration, Ministry of Defence to the Pay Master General and Comptroller, Ministry of Defence for payment—

(a) One pair of Ceremonial Dress

(b) One pair of No. 1 Service Dress

(c) One pair of No. 2 Service Dress

(d) One White Dinner Jacket plus trousers."
