IN exercise of the powers
conferred upon the
Government-General by subsection
(1) of Section 40 of the Births,
Deaths and Burials Ordinance it is
hereby ordered as follows:—
Order 1—Title.
This Order may be cited as the
Births, Deaths and Burials (Sekondi
Government Cemetery) Order, 1958.
Order 2—Declaration of Public
Cemetery.
The pieces of land named in the
second column of the Schedule
hereto, the boundaries of which
are described in the third column
of the said schedule, shall be a
public cemetery for the area named
in the first column of the
Schedule.
Order 3—Revocation of Orders.
The Births, Deaths and Burials (Sekondi
Government Cemetery) Order No. 212
of 1957 is hereby revoked.

FIRSTLY in respect of one piece;
commencing at a peg which peg is
151.7 feet on a bearing of 119o
40—which bearing together with all
further bearings hereinafter
mentioned is referred to the
Meridian of 1o West Longitude—from
a pillar marked GCS. WP.1/46/3 the
boundary runs on a bearing 43o
02’ for 64.2 feet and then on a
bearing of 63 o 54’ for 114.4
feet and then on a bearing of 128o
00’ for 80.1 feet and then on a
bearing 254o 15’ for 212.1 feet
and then on a bearing of 330o 59’
for 11.3 feet to the point of
commencement thus enclosing an
area of 0.206 acres; and
SECONDLY in respect of the other
piece; commencing at a peg which
272.5 feet on a bearing of 279o
52´ from a pillar marked GCS.
WP.1/46/8 the boundary runs on the
bearing of 195o 46´ for 73.1 feet
and then on a bearing of 312º41´
on a bearing of 72o 44´ for 74.1
feet and then on a bearing of 131o
30´ for 50.1 feet to the point of
commencement thus enclosing an
area of 0.128 acre and thus
comprising in the total an area of
0.334 acre be all these same
several dimensions little more or
less as the same premises are more
particularly delineated and shewn
edged pink on a Cadastral Plan
numbered X.2382 and deposited in
the office of the Director of
Surveys.
