IN exercise of the powers
conferred upon the
Government-General by subsection
(1) of Section 40 of the Births,
Deaths and Burials Ordinance it is
hereby ordered as follows:—
Order 1—Title
This Order may be cited as the
Births, Deaths and Burials (Prestea
Government Cemetery) Order, 1958.
Order 2—Declaration of Public
Cemetery.
The piece of land named in the
second column of the Schedule
hereto, the boundaries of which
are described in the third column
of the said schedule, shall be a
public cemetery for the area named
in the first column of the
Schedule.
Order 3—Revocation of Orders.
The Births, Deaths and Burials (Prestea
Government Cemetery) Orders No. 47
of 1926, No. 77 of 1945 and No.
226 of 1957 are hereby revoked.

GCS. WP./14/54/1 and thence on a
bearing of 164º 57´ for 386.6 feet
to a pillar marked GCS. WP.14/54/2
and thence on a bearing of 249º
23´ for 360.0 feet to the point of
commencement thus enclosing an
area of 9.853 acres be the same
several dimensions little more or
less as the same premises are more
particularly delineated and shown
edged pink on a Cadastral Plan
numbered Z.3125 and deposited in
the office of the Director of
Surveys.
