SCHEDULE
Schedule
Section 1—Certain Persons
Disqualified.
For the purposes of the
Elections and Public
Offices Disqualification
Decree, 1978 (S.M.C.D.
206) the persons specified
in the Schedule to this
Decree, being persons in
respect of whom a
Commission or Committee of
Inquiry has found that
they had while holding any
public office acquired any
assets unlawfully or
defrauded the State or
misused or abused their
office or wilfully acted
in a manner prejudicial to
the interests of the
State, are hereby
disqualified from being
elected to, or appointed
to, or from the holding of
any public office as
defined in the said
Decree.
Section 2—SMC to Amend
Schedule.
The Supreme Military
Council may by Executive
Instrument amend the
Schedule to this Decree.
Section 3—Decree to be
Read as One With SMCD 206.
This Decree shall be
construed as one with the
Elections and Public
Offices Disqualification
Decree, 1978 (S.M.C.D.
206).
