This ruling is in respect of Motion on Notice asking this court to complete the Judgment delivered on 11/7/2002 by the Court of Appeal.

Coram: Brobbey J.A. as he then was (Presiding), Twumasi, J.A. and Akoto Bamfo, J.A.

We have considered the motion filed on 14/3/2003 as well as the opposition by the Learned Counsel for the Defendant/Appellant/Respondent and we are of the opinion that in the interest of justice the motion should be put before the panel which delivered the judgment on 11th July, 2002.

Accordingly the motion filed on 14/3/2003 is adjourned sine die.
