the boundaries whereof commencing
at a pillar marked SWKA. 10/91/187
at Antoa which forms part of the
Northern boundary of the
above-mentioned Kumasi District K.
1 and also situate at the South
Eastern side of the motor road
from Antoa to Adeesana near the
South Eastern side of the School
at Antoa, Kumasi in the Kumasi
District of the Ashanti Region of
the Republic of Ghana aforesaid
the boundary runs in a general
easterly direction on a bearing of
90º 48 for 6,046.0 feet to a
pillar marked SWKA. 10/91/1 which
pillar marked the most North
Eastern boundary of the aforesaid
Kumasi District K. 1 and thence
runs in a general Southerly
direction passing through Bawono
Village, Kwamo and crossing the
main Accra-Kumasi motor road and
the Railway Line from Konongo to
Kumasi respectively and Domeabra
Village on a bearing of 181º 23
for a distance of 46,707.1 feet to
a pillar marked SWKA. 10/91/25
which pillar marked the most South
Eastern boundary of the
above-mentioned Kumasi District K.
1 and thence runs in a general
Westerly direction passing Esereso
Village and crosses the Railway
Line from Kumasi to Bekwai and the
motor road from Kumasi to Bekwai
respectively and passes through
Daku Village on a bearing of 270º
23 for a distance of 71,563.6 feet
to a pillar marked SWKA. 10/91/97
which pillar marked the South
Western boundary of the
above-mentioned Kumasi District K.
1 and thence runs in a generally
Northerly direction passing
between the villages of Yebi and
Aponsakwa and crosses the main
motor road from Kumasi to Sunyani
near Abuakwa and continues along
the western side of the Owabi
Waterworks on a bearing of 359º 17
for a distance of 45.156.2 feet to
a pillar marked SWKA. 10/91/121
which pillar marked the most North
Western boundary of the
above-mentioned Kumasi District K.
1 and thence continues in a
general Easterly direction
crossing the motor road from
Amanfrom to Kumasi and the motor
road from Techiman to Kumasi
respectively and thence passing
through Atimatim Village and
crossing the motor road from
Mampong to Kumasi at Ahiriaa on a
bearing of 89º 10 for a distance
of 67,210.0 feet to the point of
commencement thus enclosing an
area of 30,980.82 hectares
(76,331.22 acres or 43,891.36 sq.
kilometers or 119.27 sq. miles) be
the same several dimensions little
more or less as the boundary is
more particularly delineated and
shewn edged pink on Registry Maps
filed in the Land Title Registry,
2nd Floor SSNIT Office Complex,
Harper Road, P. O. Box X99 FNT,
Kumasi.
