In exercise of the powers
conferred on the Minister for
Lands and Forestry by section 5 of
the Land Title Registration Law,
1986 (P.N.D.C.L. 152) this
Instrument is made this 24th day
of May, 1993.
The area specified in the Schedule
to this Instrument is hereby
declared as a Registration
District.
SCHEDULE
All those parcels of land situate
within Afuaman, Dzamai, Gbawe,
Jaman, Malam, McCarthy Hill, New
Tetegbu, Oblogo and Weija in the
Accra District of the Greater
Accra Region of the Republic of
Ghana the boundaries whereof
commencing at the North Eastern
side of the bridge over River
Densu where Winneba Road crosses
the said River Densu and is 4,000
feet approximately South-west
along the Winneba Road from Weija
Junction near Mendskrom in the
Accra District of the Greater
Accra Region of the Republic of
Ghana aforesaid the boundary
follows along the Western side of
the said River Densu in a
serpentive order in a Northerly
direction passing near South-west
of Oblogo (Village) and Weija
(Town) respectively for 60, 300
feet approximately to a point
which point is South East of the
Motor Road from Afuaman to Manhean
Village Amasaman (Town) and also a
point where the said Motor Road
joins the aforesaid River Densu
and thence follows along the South
Eastern side of the aforesaid
Motor Road from Afuaman/Manhean to
Amansaman passing through the
aforesaid Afuaman and Manhean
Villages respectively for 7,000
feet approximately to a point near
Manhean which point is the
junction where the Motor Road from
Oduman joins the aforementioned
Motor Road from Afuaman/Manhean
Villages to Amansaman (Town) and
thence follows along the
South-eastern side of the said
Motor Road from Oduman (Village)
to Afuaman/Manhean Villages—Amasaman
for 6,000 feet approximately to a
point at Oduman which point is at
the South-western side of the said
Motor Road from the aforesaid
Motor Road from Oduman to Manhean
Villages respectively and also the
point where the Motor Road from
Nsakyina joins the aforementioned
Motor road from Oduman/Manhean
Villages and thence continues
along the South-western side of
the Motor Road from Oduman passing
through Ablekuma Village off
South-west of Nsunfa Village and
South West of Anyaa Villages
respectively for 31,500 feet to a
point which point is where the
said Motor Road from Oduman/Ablekuma
Villages respectively to Odorkor
town crosses the Kwame Nkrumah
Motorway from Malam to Tema and
thence runs on the Southerly
direction for 4,000 feet
approximately crossing the Kwame
Nkrumah Motorway to a point which
point is at the North-western side
of the Winneba Road and is 3,000
feet approximately along the
North-west of the said Winneba
Road from Malam junction and
thence follows along the
North-western side of the
aforesaid Winneba Road towards
Kasua passing through Mendskrom/Weija
junction for 19,500 feet
approximately to the point of
commencement thus enclosing an
approximate area of 16,980 acres
or 687.71 hectares be the same
several dimensions little more or
less as the boundary is more
particularly delineated and shewn
edged Pink on Registry Maps filed
in the office of the Chief
Registrar of Lands, Land Title
Registry, Victoriaborg, Accra.
