  LAND TITLE REGISTRATION—DECLARATION OF REGISTRATION DISTRICT (ACCRA DISTRICT 10) INSTRUMENT, 1993 (LI 1568).

 

In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister for Lands and Forestry by section 5 of the Land Title Registration Law, 1986 (P.N.D.C.L. 152) this Instrument is made this 24th day of May, 1993.

 

The area specified in the Schedule to this Instrument is hereby declared as a Registration District.

 

SCHEDULE

All those parcels of land situate within Amanfrom, Dantsera, Domeabra, Galuluya Oklu, Oblogo, Omankope and Tokusemitsigani in the Accra District of the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana the boundaries whereof commencing at a point which point is on the North-eastern side of the bridge over River Densu where  Winneba Road crosses the said River Densu and is 4,000 feet approximately South-west along the Northern side of the said Winneba road from Weija junction near Mendskrom in the Accra District of the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana aforesaid the boundary runs along the Northern side of the aforesaid Winneba road towards Kasua (Oduponkhehe) for 35,000 feet approximately to a point which point is 500 feet approximately South-west from mile post 15 (MP. 15) from Accra and also 7,000 feet approximately South-east from the said Kasua (Oduponkpehe) and thence follows along the Eastern side of the Central/Greater Accra Regional boundary in a North-easterly direction crossing the Motor Road from Oklu (Village) to Domeabra (Village) for 30,500 feet approximately to a point near the aforesaid Oklu (Village) and thence follows along the North-eastern side of the aforementioned Central/Greater Accra Regional Boundary for 400 feet to a point which point is where the Motor Road from the aforesaid Oklu (Village) to Dantsera/ Ashaaladza (Village)s respectively crosses the aforementioned Central/Greater Accra Regional boundary and thence follows along the South eastern side of the motor road from Oklu (Village) through Dantsera to Ashaaladza in a North-easterly direction for 17,000 feet approximately to a point which point is where the footpath from Alafai (Village) to Afuaman crosses the aforementioned Motor Road from Oklu (Village) to Ashaaladza and thence follows along the South-western side of the said footpath from Alafai (Village) to Afuaman in a South-easterly direction for 11,300 feet approximately to a point which point is where the aforementioned footpath crosses the aforesaid River Densu and thence follows the Eastern side of the aforementioned River Densu and in a serpentive order in a Southerly direction passing near South-west of Weija (town) and Oblogo (Village) respectively for 64,100 feet approximately to the point of commencement thus enclosing an area of 15,060 acres or 23.71 square miles or 38.15 square kilometres be the same several dimensions little more or less as the boundary is more particularly delineated and shewn edged pink on Registry Maps filed in the office of the Chief Registrar of Lands, Land Title Registry, Victoriaborg, Accra.
