LAND TITLE REGISTRATION (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2001 LI 1680)

IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister responsible for Lands, Mines and Forestry by section 134 of the Land Title Registration Law, 1986 (PNDCL 152) these Regulations are made this 21st day of June, 2001.

The Land Title Registration Regulations 1986, (L.I. 1341) as amended by the Land Title Registration (Amendment) Regulations, 1993 (L.I. 1557) is hereby further amended by the substitution for the Second and Third Schedule of the following new Schedules.
