IN exercise of the powers
conferred on the Commissioner
responsible for Health by section
59 of the Pharmacy and Drugs Act,
1961 (Act 64) these Regulations
are made this 23rd day of August,
1974.
Regulation 1—L.I. 142 Amended.
The Pharmacy and Drugs
Regulations, 1961 (L.I. 142) as
amended are hereby further amended
as follows: —
(a) by the substitution in
regulation 10 for the fee of "ten
cedis " appearing therein of the
fee of " twenty-five cedis";
(b) by the substitution in
regulation 12 for the fee of "
five cedis " appearing therein of
the fee of "ten cedis ";
(c) by the substitution in
regulation 20 for the fee of "five
pounds five shillings" appearing
therein of the fee of " fifty
cedis";
(d) by the substitution in
regulations 23 and 24 for the fee
of " one pound one shilling "
appearing therein of the fee of "
ten cedis ".
(e) by the omission of the
following words and figures:
"I enclose the licence fee of
ŁG2 2s." from Form No. 8 appearing
in the First Schedule thereto; and
(f) by the omission of the
following words and figures:
"The certificate fee of ŁG 1
Is. is enclosed " from Form No. 10
appearing in the First Schedule
thereto.
Regulation 2—Revocation.
The Pharmacy and Drugs (Amendment)
Regulations, 1973 (L.I. 823) are
hereby revoked.
Regulation 3—Commencement.
These regulations shall come into
force on the 23rd day of August,
1974.
